Leadership
- 0Years leading product design organizations
- 0Product launches directed, Native Instruments / iZotope
- 0Person global team built and scaled across North America and Europe
Scope
Founder of Pixel Pushers LLC, an independent consultancy where I'm engaged directly by early-stage startup founders to stand up product design and development capability from the ground up, serving as embedded Product Design Director and Product Manager. Previously Associate Director of Product Design at Native Instruments / iZotope, where I built and scaled a 12-person global team across North America and Europe spanning UX research, interaction design, and visual strategy, setting creative direction and technical quality standards across 10+ software and hardware platforms. Earlier UX/UI Design Lead roles at Hilton and Belkin / Linksys.
Approach
I set the creative North Star and quality bar, then empower the team to own execution, partnering directly with C-suite, product, and engineering leadership rather than working in a design silo. I run Agile/Scrum frameworks to align design velocity with business cadence (I'm a Certified Scrum Product Owner), and increasingly bring generative AI and agentic workflows into UX architecture, using post-launch analytics and multivariate testing to keep iterating after launch rather than treating it as the finish line.
Outcomes
Directed the design lifecycle and rollout for 40+ product launches at Native Instruments / iZotope, driving measurable gains in user acquisition, retention, and annual recurring revenue, while standardizing shared design systems that cut design-to-engineering handoff time. At Hilton, conceptualized and shipped the industry-first "Connected Room" IoT experience. At Linksys, led the industry's first home mesh-networking Wi-Fi ecosystem, three mobile apps and two web admin interfaces, showcased at CES to amplify market presence and pre-order velocity.
